Depth Psychology & Dreamwork

Based on the work of C.G. Jung, depth psychology tends to the deeper, unconscious levels of the psyche and engages the individuation path.

Spiritual & Religious Trauma

Our spiritual pursuits and practices can be vital and important aspects of our life journey. Unfortunately, this is a realm that is rife with exploitation and abuse. Whether you experienced spiritual trauma as a result of your own explorations, or were born and/or raised in a high-demand community, I can support you in reclaiming your right to determine your own spiritual path.

Grief & Life Transitions

Transitions are an inevitable part of our lived experience. They are rarely easy, however, as they place us in liminal (between) spaces, which can feel disorienting and even frightening. Most transitions involve a loss of some sort, which carries grief, even if the transition was anticipated. No grief is a one-size-fits-all. Having someone compassionate hold space for us during these challenging times is vital.

High
Sensitivity

Some of us may feel as though we are born, as poet Maggie Smith writes, "too raw for the world, nerves too close to the skin." Highly sensitive people perceive things deeply and experience emotions profoundly. They also possess many gifts, and are important contributors to the health of a society. I hold space for the joys and challenges of living life as a highly sensitive person.
